About Me

I (Bernadette Forrester) have been a Massage Therapist for 33 years.  I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1990 and am licensed by the State of Illinois.  I'm trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Therapy, Myofascial Massage/Release, Trigger Point and Sports Therapy and Aromatherapy Foot Massage.   I work with both injuries and relaxation individuals to help promote healing and well-being.
